Lists are rented for one-time use only unless a multiple use agreement is made prior to your first mailing.

Discounts are available for multiple use and unlimited use.

Unlimited use is for a period of one year from the date of the first mailing.

100 % Deliverable Guarantee: Our residential list is guaranteed to be 100% Deliverable.

We will refund the price for each residential name returned in addition to the postage at the standard rate on each piece. To receive credit, you must send any returns back to us within 6 weeks of your mail date.

Names at business address are excluded from this guarantee.
